Abdurazulov Abdugani Kholmurzaevich, born in 1965, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology, Osh State University.

Graduated from zooengineering and veterinary faculties of Kyrgyz Agrarian University named after K.I. Skryabin in 1992 and 2006. In 1995 he defended his PhD thesis on the speciality ‘Private zootechnics, technology of production of livestock products’, and in 1996 he defended his doctoral thesis on ‘Breeding of Kyrgyz dairy type of goats’. In 2009 he was awarded the title of professor in the speciality ‘Zootechnics’.

Scientific activity

Under the scientific guidance of A.H. Abdurasulov 5 candidate and 2 doctoral dissertations were defended, the author of more than 300 scientific works, including more than 250 published articles in foreign scientific journals (RINTS-225, SCOPUS and WoS-11), 5 monographs, 4 textbooks, 15 brochures and methodological proposals, the author of 4 patents for breeding achievements, 4 certificates of authorship, 1 useful model on artificial insemination of horses. During 10 years he was the scientific secretary of the Dissertation Council on livestock breeding for the defence of his doctoral thesis. He was a scientific secretary, deputy chairman of the expert council, member of the Presidium of Agricultural and Veterinary Sciences of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic.  

Since 2018, a member of the Society of Geneticists and Breeders of Vavilov Society of GIS for Saratov branch. He was elected a full member (academician) of the ecology section of the International Academy of Ecology and Life Safety Sciences (IANES), academician of MOAS.

Since 2022 Editor-in-Chief of the Osh State University Bulletin, Agronomy, Veterinary and Zootechnics.

Since 2022 member of the editorial board of the journal ‘Agricultural Journal’ of the Russian Federation.

Since 2022 member of the editorial board of Izvestia Orenburg State Agrarian University RF.

Since 2024 member of the ‘Honourable scientist-hippologist of the All-Russian Research Institute of Horse Breeding and “Honourable member of the Scientific Council of the All-Russian Research Institute of Horse Breeding”.

Since 2024 member of the editorial board of the journal ‘Agrarnaya nauka’ of the Russian Federation.

In view of fruitful scientific activity, conscientious labour, active participation in breeding achievements in the field of animal breeding and veterinary medicine was awarded:
